Potato Salad Like Grandma Used to Make
This potato salad recipe reminds me of family picnics and fireworks. Ah! Sweet delight!

Necessary Tools:
• Large pot for boiling potatoes
• Stiff spoon for stirring the ingredients
• Serrated knife for scraping off potato skins
• Liquid measuring cup
• Teaspoon size measuring spoon
• Tablespoon size measuring spoon
• Knife for dicing and chopping
• Large bowl for mixing
Ingredients:
7 large Potatoes
6 large Eggs
1 bunch Green Onions
3 stalks Celery
2 cups Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
1 tablespoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes and eggs in water with a pinch of salt added until tender to fork. Peel with the serrated edge of a knife then dice and add to large bowl.
2. Peel and dice the eggs and add to the bowl.
3. Chop the celery and green onions and add to the bowl.
4. Add the mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, mustard and Worcestershire sauce to the bowl.
5. Add the salt and pepper and stir well.
6. Refrigerate as for a few hours (or as long as you can stand before you devour it! Enjoy!
This recipe will taste even better on day two.
